    Eliza Cinna

Eliza is an Integrative Psychotherapist offering sessions to children and young people aged 4-25, along with adults/parents. Eliza draws from a range of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, creative and play-based methods, and trauma-informed practice that is tailored to your (or your child’s) individual needs and goals. Eliza also incorporates CBT and mindfulness where appropriate. Eliza has extensive experience supporting clients with a range of difficulties.

Eliza works systemically when working with children - thinking about the wider context of a child’s life, including family, school, and peer relationships. Where helpful, Eliza involves parents or carers through regular check-ins or reflective parenting sessions. These offer space to better understand a child’s inner world and strengthen the connection between a parent and child, as well as bring relief, clarity, and renewed confidence, creating a more connected family environment.

Eliza’s focuses on creating a safe space, where individuals are listened to and deeply understood throughout their work with Eliza. She holds a warm, compassionate and supportive approach, aiming to meet individuals wherever they are, without expectation of pressure. Eliza’s first priority is to help you (or your child) feel at ease in the first session, with he aim of building a trusting relationship where change can then begin.
